They usually enjoy cuddles, sleeping near you, and sitting on your lap. Female Frenchies can be slightly more affectionate than males. These are companion dogs, and once they've bonded with their owners, they'll give unconditional love.

Lilac Frenchies have a very light, almost ashy or silver color which gets lighter and lighter as they age. To produce this rare and beautiful color, the parents must be blue and chocolate or at least a chocolate carrier.

Frenchies boast a fine, fair and short coat and there's little to no odour (aside from the occasional wind!) and minimal shedding. Pugs are double-coated and tend to shed a lot, particularly in the summer months.
